Prasetiya Mulya was founded in 1980 by a group of prominent Indonesian business leaders. The first MBA program in Indonesia was then established in 1982 with assistance from prestigious international scholars and experts. Class Rooms

Building facilities include two main buildings for teaching-learning activities, library, and computer lab. There is an amphitheatre classrooms equipped with LCD projectors, desktop computers, and other multimedia

The Computer Laboratory

The Computer Laboratory complete with both fixed line and wire internet connections is used also to conduct business simulations. Wi-Fi facilities are available in all parts of the campus compound.

Tanoto Library

There is a Tanoto Library, one of the best in the country, with a collection of more than 30,000 books, domestic, and international journals, the ABI CD ROM, a wide range of magazines and internet access for literature research.

Auditorium

An Amphitheatre Auditorium to facilitate some events such a seminar, workshop, guest lecture, CEO lecture, conference, gathering, etc. Auditorium is located at 2nd building 4th floor.

City Life in South of Jakarta

South Jakarta is known for its various subcultures. Nearby campus is Kemang, famous for its entertainment, cultural spots and abundance of restaurants, cafes and galleries. Kemang is also home to 80 percent of Jakarta's expatriate community. This area is located less than 20 minutes from Prasetiya Mulya. Another prominent area near the campus is Jakarta's upscale residential area, Pondok Indah.

The area surrounding the Prasetiya Mulya Cilandak Campus offers everything students could require, including accommodation for different budget available near the campus, serviced apartments, guesthouses and hotels.

Boarding rooms are also available for long-staying students. These rooms are conveniently located near the campus in Cilandak, Fatmawati, Lebak Bulus, Pondok Indah, Cipete, and Pondok Labu areas. Rents vary greatly, but most come in the range of Rp 750,000 up to Rp 2,000,000 a month.

There are a variety of shops and commercial areas located near the campus, including traditional markets, convenience stores, supermarkets (Hero, 7-Eleven, Giant, Food Mart, All-Fresh, Matahari, and Ranch Market) and hypermarkets (Carrefour, Giant, and Lotte Mart). Pondok Indah Mall, one of the first modern malls in Indonesia is just 10 minutes from the campus.

Management Society

Joining students clubs to enhance networking and leadership skills.

PMBS supports variety of student activities to ensure that all students will have well-rounded experience while in the program. Students will be able to maximize their opportunities to network, learn and develop skills through these activities. The Management Society, as a part of PMBS Student Engagement, is a postgraduate student association serving a wide variety of student's needs, interests and passions that will support the student's academic and non-academic performance during their studies.

The Bazaarkustik

Students sell variety of food and beverage in a food bazaar while other students perform acoustic music to entertain the visitors of the event.

The Sport Week Activity

A two-weeks sport activity such as football, basket, running competitions and mini games for students to strengthen relationships among the students themselves and other divisions of PMBS.

The Orientation Night

This activity is to introduce PMBS to new students. It is a good opportunity for the new students to meet others and help them to settle into PMBS life.

Mading (Wall Magazine)

The Wall Magazine is a media for students to develop their writing skills and creativities by sharing trending topics to others.

Regularly meeting for recreational and professional clubs

The Management Society offers 4 students clubs, which are Finance Club, Marketing Club, Entrepreneur Club, and Football Club. These clubs are to help students to get involved in different activities such as group discussions on variety academic topics by inviting guest speakers, football practices and competitions.

The Marketition

Marketition is a case-study-based marketing competition program organized annually with different topic and theme. The purpose of this competition is to challenge student's creativity to analyze the market and build a fresh marketing plan. This year competition was about movie industry in Indonesia, with "40 Days in Europe" film as the case study.

The Management Society Business Improvement (MSBI)

It is a student-run organization dedicated to assist low to middle level companies to grow their businesses. The students will act as consultants for the companies.

Bishi Bashi

Bishi Bashi is one of the activities organized by Management Society to play the game output in the 90 's. The purpose of this activity is to promote interaction among students and also for nostalgia.

Sukses membangun karier sebagai seorang dokter tidaklah harus menjadi seorang dokter spesialis. Dr. Ediansyah, MARS, MM (alumni MME SM 44), Direktur RS. An-Nisa Tangerang, dapat membuktikan bahwa menjadi pengelola rumah sakit juga dapat meraih sukses. Walaupun ilmu kedokteran dan ilmu manajemen merupakan ilmu yang sangat berbeda, namun Ediansyah mampu mengkolaborasikan kedua ilmu tersebut dan membawa RS. An-Nisa Tangerang pada performa terbaiknya. Momentum perubahan peraturan pemerintahan terkait BPJS Kesehatan berhasil dijadikan peluang yang justru makin mendatangkan keuntungan lebih banyak lagi dab RS. An-Nisa Tangerang dianugerahi sebagai rumah sakit swasta yang paling berkomitmen dalam pelaksanaan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) oleh BPJS Kesehatan. Berikut cerita perjalanan Dr. Ediansyah, MARS, MM.

Awal Perjalanan Karier Dr. Ediansyah, MARS, MM

Berasal dari kecamatan terpadat di Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat, yaitu Pemangkat, Ediansyah merantau ke Pulau Jawa berbekal ijazah SMA pada tahun 1992. “Ke ibukota Pontianak saja waktu itu saya tidak pernah dan kemudian saya naik kapal ke Pulau Jawa, berhentilah di Semarang dan lalu saya menuju Yogjakarta”, cerita Ediansyah. Setahun kemudian, Ediansyah mengikuti ujian masuk Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) di salah satu universitas negeri terbaik di Yogjakarta dan berhasil menjadi satu – satunya perwakilan daerahnya yang berhasil diterima tanpa melalui jalur undangan. “Mengapa saya memilih FK? Simple saja karena itu yang paling sulit dimasuki dengan passing grade paling tinggi dan tidak ada anak Kalimantan Barat sebelumnya yang berhasil lolos FK”, ungkap Ediansyah.

Sejak berstatus sebagai mahasiswa FK, Ediansyah menjadi salah satu dari dua orang yang memilih jalur manajerial daripada menjadi seorang spesialis. “Sejak saya menjadi mahasiswa kedokteran, saya telah mengetahui jika bakat saya ada di manajerial, bukan di spesialis,” terang Ediansyah. Setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjananya, Ediansyah mengawali kariernya pada dunia kedokteran dengan menjadi Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (PUSKESMAS), Pulau Derawan, Kalimantan Timur, sebagai ketua PUSKESMAS. Lokasi PUSKESMAS yang terletak di atas bukit dan tidak memiliki akses jalan yang baik menjadi tantangan yang harus dihadapi dan Ediansyah berhasil menggerakan masyarakat setempat untuk membangun jalan hingga kendaraan dapat mengakses PUSKESMAS.

Ediansyah mulai bergabung dengan RS. An-Nisa Tangerang di tahun 2003 dengan memulai kariernya menjadi seorang dokter jaga dan pada tahun 2010, Ediansyah dipercaya menjadi direktur oleh manajemen RS. An-Nisa Tangerang hingga saat ini. “Jadi saya tidak pernah berpindah ke rumah sakit lainnya karena untuk berkarya itu membutuhkan fokus dan konsistensi. Bisa kok kalo kita memang tekun, konsisten terus dan pasti akan jadi”, terang Ediansyah. Sebelum dipercaya sebagai direktur, RS. An-Nisa Tangerang sendiri dalam kondisi keuangan yang merah, namun pada akhirnya Edianysah mampu menjawab kepercayaan yang diberikan dengan membalikkan kerugian tersebut menjadi keuntungan. “Jadi yang tadinya di semester I tahun 2010 kita rugi, lalu di semester II tahun 2010 menjadi positif dan akhirnya secara total pada tahun 2010 kita dapat menjadi positif”, ungkap Ediansyah.

Salah satu peluang efisiensi yang dapat dilihat oleh Ediansyah di awal perjalanan kariernya sebagai Direktur RS. An-Nisa Tangerang adalah banyaknya kerjasama dengan pihak lain yang tidak menguntungkan akibat memberikan diskon yang terlalu besar. “Akhirnya setelah saya hitung, ternyata kita bukan untung, tapi minus, maka semua diskon itupun saya pangkas”, cerita Ediansyah. Langkah lain yang dilakukannya adalah melakukan restructuring pada pembayaran hutang dengan tempo pembayaran yang lebih panjang kepada supplier sehingga dapat mengendapkan cash lebih lama untuk keperluan lainnya, seperti pembayaran gaji karyawan. Ediansyah pun juga turut turun tangan sendiri dalam kegiatan pemasaran hingga ke berbagai perusahaan demi memperkenalkan RS. An-Nisa Tangerang dalam rangka meningkatkan rasio okupansi rumah sakit.

Adanya peraturan pemerintah terkait perubahan pasien JAMSOSTEK menjadi pasien BPJS mulai tahun 2014 berhasil dijadikan sebagai sebuah momentum luar biasa hingga mendatangkan keuntungan bagi RS. An-Nisa Tangerang lebih dari 500 juta rupiah sejak dua bulan dilaksanakan. “Hal tersebut tidak dilihat oleh teman – teman lainnya (kompetitor) pada waktu itu dan mereka menjadi ketakutan, menutup diri, serta menganggap perubahan ini sebagai sebuah ancaman”, terang Ediansyah. Sejak awal tahun 2013, Ediansyah mulai mempersiapkan banyak hal terkait perubahan peraturan tersebut dengan secara aktif mengikuti berbagai pelatihan yang dibutuhkan. “Rumah sakit yang tidak efisien dengan sistem baru, mereka akan kolaps, sedangkan rumah sakit yang efisien maka akan bertahan”, kata Ediansyah.

Kelihaian seorang Ediasnyah dalam menganalisa pasar dan menyusun strategi bisnis yang tepat sangat berperan besar pada kesuksesan yang diarih RS. An-Nisa Tangerang. Dengan memposisikan RS. An-Nisa Tangerang pada rumah sakit tipe C, Ediansyah menyasar pasien BPJS sebagai target utama karena jumlah pasien BPJS semakin hari akan semakin banyak. Beberapa value propositions bagi pelanggan RS. An-Nisa Tangerang disiapkan, seperti memberikan pelayanan yang non–diskriminatif antara peserta BPJS dan non BPJS, jam pelayanan rawat jalan yang lebih panjang daripada rumah sakit lainnya pada umumnya, serta tidak adanya selisih bayar dalam pembayaran tagihan rumah sakit atau sepenuhnya ditanggung oleh BPJS. Dalam pelaksanaan strategi ini, Ediansyah juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, salah satunya hubungan antara manajemen rumah sakit dan dokter yang menjadi problem tersendiri di banyak rumah sakit pada era pelaksanaan BPJS. Maka, Ediansyah mulai membangun kolaborasi dan transparansi terlebih dahulu dengan sumber daya dokter di RS. An-Nisa Tangerang pada masa persiapan transisi di tahun 2013. “Saya ungkapkan kepada mereka secara terbuka bahwa dengan layanan BPJS, kita akan dibayar sekian, maka kita harus mengatur bagaimana cara anggaran ini cukup dari biaya sewa kamar, biaya perawatan, hingga biaya obat”, terang Ediansyah. Selain itu, Ediansyah juga berani memberikan jasa dokter yang relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rumah sakit lainnya dan tepat waktu. “Oleh karena itu, komitmen mereka terbentuk bersama kami”, ungkap Ediansyah.

“Salah satu mantra hidup saya hanyalah pengulangan”, jawab Ediansyah. Dalam menjalani hidup, Ediansyah selalu senang dengan kata ‘pengulangan’. “Apapun itu lakukanlah secara berulang–ulang maka Anda akan menjadi ahli di sana”, ungkap Ediansyah lebih lanjut. Layaknya ilmu saraf, pengulangan yang lebih dari satu kali dapat menjadikan medium memory menjadi long term memory yang tidak akan hilang. “Titik air yang dapat menghancurkan batu bukanlah air bah yang sekali jalan, tetapi air kecil yang berulang–ulang dapat memecahkan batu”, terang Ediansyah.

Selain itu, seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya kompleksitas yang terjadi pada sebuah organisasi, Ediansyah mengatakan bahwa pemimpin masa kini perlu memiliki kemampuan untuk mengorkestrasi sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas agar dapat menjadi sebuah simfoni. Apalagi seiring dengan majunya generasi, makin banyak talent yang hebat, terutama generasi Z yang memiliki konsentrasi mudah teralihkan. “Kemampuan menjawab kompleksitas itu sendiri adalah kolaborasi dan agar dapat berkolaborasi, kita butuh humble, ego kita harus diturunkan, jangan ingin selalu di depan, mendengar lebih banyak dan mencoba mencari dimana titik temunya bersama”, terang Ediansyah.

Rencana Jangka Panjang Dr. Ediansyah, MARS, MM

Dengan adanya kondisi persaingan antar rumah sakit saat ini yang sangat berbeda daripada tahun sebelumnya, dimana saat ini hampir semua rumah sakit telah memasuki target sasaran yang sama dan mulai banyak yang meniru apa yang berhasil dilakukan oleh RS. An-Nisa Tangerang, maka Ediansyah terus akan melakukan berbagai inovasi agar tetap data berbeda dengan kompetitor lainnya. Salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan adalah membuat blueprint service yang baru meliputi layanan rawat jalan dan rawat inap untuk kemudian dilakukan pengembangan layanan rumah sakit. Penggunaan kemajuan teknologi secara efektif juga akan dilakukan oleh Ediansyah, melalui sistem e-claim untuk penagihan BPJS hingga e-medical record untuk data medis pasien RS. An-Nisa Tangerang sejak dari klinik atau PUSKESMAS rujukan.

Selain berbagai inovasi di atas, Ediansyah juga memiliki rencana untuk melahirkan RS. An-Nisa lainnya dengan membangun cabang baru pada setiap tahunnya. Ke depannya, RS. An-Nisa Tangerang akan dijadikan sebagai kapal induk dari berbagai cabang yang dimiliki dan di setiap cabang tersebut akan berkerjasama dengan BPJS serta akan sharing dalam penggunaan alat medis, sehingga cabang yang dibangun tidak akan berjauhan dengan kapal induk. “Di belakang rumah sakit cabang nantinya akan ada klinik – klinik yang dapat men-supply pasien, sehingga kita tidak akan dipotong oleh lawan karena kliniknya pun telah menjadi milik kita”, terang Ediansyah.

Untuk rencana pribadi, Ediansyah ingin melanjutkan pendidikan pada program doktoral yang lebih menekankan pada aspek practical atau semacam Doctor Business Administration. Dokter yang telah mendapatkan tawaran untuk mengambil program S3 di negara jiran ini, masih menimbang institusi pendidikan yang akan diambil guna melanjutkan pendidikannya. Selain itu, tradisi membaca yang telah biasa dijalani Ediansyah akan terus dijaga agar dapat memperbarui ilmunya kapanpun dan dimanapun.
