About

Yane Chandera is a faculty member at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, Indonesia. She obtained her doctoral degree from the Graduate School of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia (FEB UI). She got her MBA in Management Human Resources, BSc. in Agricultural Business Management, as well a BBA in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. She teaches Security Analysis, Business Valuation, and Corporate Finance courses at Prasetiya Mulya. Her research interests include mergers and acquisitions, private placements, ownership structure, and capital structure.
