INDRIA HANDOKO, PH.D.

About

Before embarking on her career in academia, Indria worked for two Indonesian companies. She began her career as an architect in 1994 in a large property corporation in Indonesia, after gaining her bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia. She worked as Head of Consumer Services for the same company, managing consumer requests for design changes. In 1997 she studied for her MBA (Magister Manajemen) degree at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya; she then started work for a fast-moving consumer goods company in 1999. Her first position was as Marketing Service Area Officer, assisting the area manager to develop marketing programs.

In 2001 she was appointed as Area Manager, responsible for all area marketing operational activities. In 2003 she decided to start her working life in academia. Indria gained her doctoral degree in the organizational field from Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester, United Kingdom in 2015.

Indria Handoko is an Universitas Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics Faculty Member Member for graduate and undergraduate programs. She taught several courses, the following are Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Business Design.
