Prof. Dr. Djisman S. Simandjuntak has been the President Commissioner of PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk. since May 20, 2015. Prof. Dr. Simandjuntak serves as the Chairman of the Board of Management of Centre for Strategic International Studies (CSIS) and Rector of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

He has been an Independent Commissioner of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk since July 27, 2007 and its President Commissioner since March 2018 . He serves as a Commisioner at PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk. He started his career as an Auditor in SGV Utomo from 1973 to 1974, became Head of the Department of Economics Affairs of CSIS from 1984 to 1987, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of CSIS from 1999 to 2005 and Dean of Prasetya Mulya Business School from 1989 to 2003. He was a Commissioner of PT Bank Lippo Tbk.

Prof. Dr. Simandjuntak obtained a Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Indonesia, in 1973, a Diploma rer-Pol in Monetary Economics and Public Finance from University of Cologne in 1979 and a Doctorate in Philosophy in International Economics from University of Cologne in 1983.

In the past he occupied the position of Chairman at Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship, Chairman-Executive Board at Prasetiya Mulya Foundation, Auditor at SGV Utomo & Co, Auditor of Prasetio, Utomo & Co.

Prof. Agus W. Soehadi has a Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing Strategy from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK in 2001, and is a Marketing Professor since 2004. Previously Prof. Agus W. Soehadi served as Deputy Dean of the Prasetiya Mulya University Business and Economics School from 2012 to 2016. Until now, he is also active in various business associations, including as a Founder at the Indonesian Brand Development Institute (IBDI), as Founder at Indonesian Consumunity Expo (ICE), as VP Education at the International Advertising Association (Indonesian Chapter), and also as a member of the International Accepted Marketing Standard (IAMS). In addition, he is also still active as an external examiner at a number of universities, such as at the University of Indonesia and the Bogor Agricultural Institute. Prof. Agus W. Franky Supriyadi is a faculty member in the Strategy area, and currently serves as the Director of Graduate Program of Prasetiya Mulya Business School.

Prior to joining academia, he was a chief engineer and manager in a multinational petrochemical company gaining experience in operations, consulting and business development. Drawing on his experience working in industry, he has developed an interest in the area of business competition, growth and sustainability. His research focuses on how companies develop competitiveness in a networked world through strategic collaborations. His research also examines the role of innovation in strengthening company’s capability to outperform its competition, while maintaining a healthy growth.

He holds a B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, an MBA and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, USA.

Professor Djoko Wintoro gained his undergraduate degree from Tarumanegara University, Indonesia before moving to the University of Wollongong, Australia from which he was awarded his MCom and Ph.D. Professor Wintoro previously held the position of Research Director before becoming Dean of Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics in 2012. His areas of expertise span corporate finance, advanced corporate finance, corporate growth, institution depositors, investment management and financial management. Professor Wintoro has authored a number of papers which have been published in accredited scientific journals such as the Indonesia Capital Market Review and Business Management Journals many of which have been presented at international finance and business management conferences.

Profesional Experience

Ade Febransyah is a faculty member at Prasetiya Mulya Business School. He earned a Ph.D. degree at North Carolina State University; an M.S. degree at Oklahoma State University; and a B.S. degree at Institut Teknologi Bandung.

He is the former Associate Dean for Research & Cooperation at the school. At Prasetiya Mulya, he is the founder and chairman of Center for Innovation Opportunities and Development (CINODEV), a research center focusing on identifying and developing new opportunities in innovation. As the principal researcher, Dr. Febransyah initiates and conducts cutting-edged researches on innovation value chain, innovation diagnostic, supply network design, and decision making.

His scholarly works have been published on peer-reviewed accredited journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Febransyah is also a regular columnist for top-notched magazines and newspapers in the country such as SWA, Warta Ekonomi, the Jakarta Post, Kompas, Kontan, Koran Tempo. He already authored the book ‘Menikmati Ketidakpastian: Tahapan Kritis dalam Mendesain Kesuksesan’ (Gramedia Pustaka Utama, 2009) and published the editorial book called ‘Prasetiya Mulya on Innovation’ (Prasetiya Mulya Publishing, 2010) and ’50 Business Essential Ways to Win Competition’ (Prasetiya Mulya Publishing, 2014). ‘Prasetiya Mulya on Innovation’ is the first-ever book on innovation published from a business school in Indonesia.

In addition to his academic credentials, Dr. Febransyah has also spent many hours on training and consulting services to prominent companies including Pertamina, Bank Mandiri, Pertamina Lubricants, Kalbe Group, Triputra Group, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BCA, KKG, Tempo Group, Sinarmas, and many more.

Professor Djoko Wintoro gained his undergraduate degree from Tarumanegara University, Indonesia before moving to the University of Wollongong, Australia from which he was awarded his MCom and Ph.D. Professor Wintoro previously held the position of Research Director before becoming Dean of Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics in 2012. His areas of expertise span corporate finance, advanced corporate finance, corporate growth, institution depositors, investment management and financial management. Professor Wintoro has authored a number of papers which have been published in accredited scientific journals such as the Indonesia Capital Market Review and Business Management Journals many of which have been presented at international finance and business management conferences.

Before embarking on her career in academia, Indria worked for two Indonesian companies. She began her career as an architect in 1994 in a large property corporation in Indonesia, after gaining her bachelor degree in architecture engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia. She worked as Head of Consumer Services for the same company, managing consumer requests for design changes. In 1997 she studied for her MBA (Magister Manajemen) degree in Universitas Prasetiya Mulya; she then started work for a fast moving consumer goods company in 1999. Her first position was as Marketing Service Area Officer, assisting the area manager to develop marketing programmes. In 2001 she was appointed as Area Manager, responsible for all area marketing operational activities. In 2003 she decided to start her working life in academia. Indria gained her doctoral degree in the organizational field from Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester, United Kingdom in 2015.

About

Maydison Ginting, Ph.D. currently serves as a Faculty Member as well as the Head of Department of Business Mathematics in the School of Applied STEM, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. Dr. Ginting has spent more than 12 years as an academician mostly in the United States of America. Prior to returning to Indonesia, Dr. Ginting was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of West Alabama, U.S.A. While at the University of West Alabama, Dr. Ginting developed and established a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science degree track in the Mathematics Major. Dr. Ginting’s research interest is in the application of Mathematics and Statistics to problems in Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Financial Mathematics such as financial derivatives and modeling, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Management. Dr. Ginting has also a keen interest in Mathematics Education for college courses utilizing web and computer technology.
